Legal advice
I'm in need of legal advice pertaining to an employer. HR is not an option, HR is the harasser/bully.....pushing her so called weight around.

HR can be a bully at times before you do anything that might get you in trouble read the handbook 1st found out if they got that job due to legally qualification or in-house. Now if its thru in-house they may have connection. Talk to your superviser abt your situation or someone u trust. Good Luck!!!!
