I agree with Daryl, your business is only as good as ur employees. If you show your employees that you can and will work beside them most of the time you get above and beyond employees. In retail I think the key is customer service. If u look and listen you know what ur employee and customers need. I liked being manager. But I prefer the interaction will people. I'm a people person with a great personality. I never let it get to my heDits not worth it
