I work for Delta as a male flight attendant. I get snickers from people I don't know sometimes when I tell them what I do. Really? Who cares about gender?! I am good at what I do. I get free travel and you don't. I meet awesome people and you don't. I get to move around and have amazing co-workers. So the jokes on them!
Like I said earlier you got to be some kind of beautiful ..we as men have that to look at the old chips star..Damm I'm old.. ponch..he killed it ..we all got it keep shining brother
And unlike those haters, you get full benefits and good pay! So screw em!!

I'm sure you're good at what you do! That's an amazing job! I've flown Delta many times, you guys are great! I'm sure you take crap from people all day long for the dumbest things, but when you make someone smile, feel comfortable ,feel at ease and help them in a time of need, especially while keeping your cool! That is what's important!!! Be proud of your job!!!!
Dont ever let a person make you feel like your job is ANY LESS than what they are doing. The only thing that matter is the fact that you HAVE a job, you like it and you make good money! I know plenty of people who sit on their ass and wait for money to be handed to then but INSTEAD you are working hard to earn that money I dont care what type of job it is. Keep being GREAT!

Vance Holm really who cares what other people think your a great flight attendants simply because you choose this path and have guts to do it everyday I praise you for risking your life everyday for the simply pleasure of making others happy and safe plus id be totally scared to do this (like a backseat driver don't hit that cloud it looks really full) im glad your sound minded enough to have trust in yourself and your captain way to go for being out there doing the dam thing way to go
