HELP !!
I apply for many jobs all over Columbia sc everyday & still never get a interview or get hired I think I be applying for nothing then I get did get 1 interview went they never contacted me bck & said they were wht do you think I should do ... Need advice I been out of school since 2015 why haven't nobody hired me yet ??
Hello Shanna, Sounds like you are experiencing the typical job search process. Apply to hundreds of jobs, if you have a strong resume and meet the qualifications then you MIGHT get a call back for an interview. Show up professionally dressed, provide good answer to all their questions, make a good personal presentation and you MIGHT get a job offer. It’s not just you Shanna. It’s the same process for everybody looking for a job. Keep searching and sending out your applications, follow-up with a call or in person, and be persistent. Ask for help when you don't know something and eventually you will land that Job. Good Luck!

What type of jobs are you applying for? I would suggest that after applying, you follow up with them by calling and/or stopping by in-person. A lot of times you can stop in and ask to speak with a Hiring Manager or fill out an application onsite, rather than online. Even if they tell you to fill out an online application, you've at least met them and they may be looking for your application.

Have you tried amazon or integerity which hires for amazon? You can go in person to amazon and get a interview with integerity on the spot. Right now they are hiring alot of people for peak season. Most people are offered a job the same day, then they do a background ck, the drug test is done and read while you are their.
