After hearing all your situations. I dont feel alone. I was fired from my job because the people I was working with decided I was a loose cannon because I would spesk up. A large company took over. With lots of power and money before that it was a good place to work and I was considered one of their best employees. Things changed I was harassed and abused by my immediate supervisor. Long storey short these two people went on a quest to get me fired and succeeded. I did win my unemployment due to fact that they under a disclaimer said: We are giving you unemployement because we cant see a reason you were fired. Ive been through a very long depression. Lost all confidence in my work ability. I have now regrouped and am starting a new job soon. But there has to be something we can do to stop hostile work environments being verbally abused in front of others and belittled from the the time we walk into work until we leave.
