I have been demoted at my job as well as a pay cut and reduced hours. My boss says are you going to try and get your position back? When the whole time he promoted the Food Service Representative to an Assistant position. I told him I need more hours I can't live on 25 hours a week, or I need to find another job. He gave me no response. My question is should I just find a different job while I am still working where I am at? I do have an Associates Degree in Business Management. Tell me what you all think.
