Living in a society that pushes you to be about #1 (yourself), can be an easy route to navigate for one who is driven for success. I push haed to be the best at everything I do no matter what the task. However, there are times that I become so focused and driven that I forget that this life is not just about me. I want others around me to know that I care and respect them no matter who they are. So, I have found that having/showing "intentional love" is setting your mind to a conscious act, becoming purposeful in what you will do. What will you do to show "intentional love" to someone today? Maybe it is that friend who is struggling financially? Maybe it is your neighbor who does not get many visitors? Or maybe it is your spouse that works tirelessly to provide for the family? No matter who it is, I know that you will make an eternal impact by purposing your heart toward "intentional love."
