It's ok to take care of yourself first!
We are so busy caring for others that we forget to take care of ourselves. If you feel tired and rundown it's very hard to help others. Whatever is going on in you life.. looking for a job, working fulltime, taking care of a home, family etc. can be exhausting. Try to eat a little healthier, take a walk when you can and catch up on your sleep. Little steps can make a big difference.

You have to love Dr. Phil haha! This is SO true, however. It's important to think of yourself once and awhile. For me, I struggle with this as well. Thanks for the reminder Jennifer ; )
