I suggest you look into how your state is allowing teachers to enter the educational sector. Every state is different but in many cases teachers do need to be certified before they are permitted to go near children whether it is pre school or K-12. If you are wanting to enter community college or a university that is another challenge itself as there are specific steps that need to be taken within the state for teaching licenses and the state should give you information on that as well.
