Hi Marcus: I think your friend is on the right track! It's always good to practice interview questions, especially the tough ones (you know, the ones where you have to identify your weaknesses). But don't practice so much that your answers sound overly rehearsed. Employers want to get to know the real you, so don't feel like you have to read off of a script. Practice enough so that you feel more confident walking into that interview room.
