For the past 30 years , my goal has been to dedicate myself to improve my health through nutrition, fitness, taking care of my emotions, learning how to keep inner peace and couping with life changes and challenges. I went back to school, then after a set back in my life I couldn’t finish my AA in Fitness I continued re- inventing myself . I got certified as a professional Bilingual medical interpreter . Then three years later I decided to get a certification as a Personal trainer/ Nutrition coach. I also, studied and went through all levels in Reiki till I reached The Reiki master level. I have never stopped learning new skills to be able to help others through my own experience and improvement. I am in the process of learning Italian to be able to reach more people .The Sky is not the limit is an inspiration to continue learning about this amazing world and our people.
