Misdeamenor?
I am trying to get a job as a caregiver. I have 2 misdeamors from 4&7 years ago. Will I be able to get a job? I was never arrested for either and only had to pay the court fine. Any information would be so helpful! In in serious need of a job. Im desperate. Thank you!

Search out an organization for expungment and have your criminal history expunged. Read throughout the posts of this site cuz someone posted info for ex offenders. Blessings!

When applying for caregiver positions they won't hire if you have any assault or domestic violence in your background. At least I know it's like that for assisted living and nursing homes.

I have three words for you; YES YOU CAN! you only have misdemeanors, in which you paid a fine. In reality that's not and issue. Go Get YOURS!!!!!!!!!!! or start your own caregiving service. http://www.wikihow.com/Start-an-In-Home-Caregiving-Business
