Resume Help

Can't seem to get my resume down to 1 page. How may years back should I list for my employment history, 10 or 15?

Hi Samantha, I don't think you need it to be one page. As for employment history 10 is a definite but feel free to highlight it the way hat shows you best. Mariah's suggestion of skills-based is good. And if you want to go chronological - keep going back as far as you think shows off the value you bring to employers best.
hope this helps. Best of luck and thanks for being a great contributing JObcaser!

Hi Samantha: That's definitely a good question! I would say instead of thinking of your resume in terms of years, think of it in terms of skills. That means highlighting the jobs that directly apply to the one you're applying for. You don't have to list every job you've ever done; only the most relevant. Hope this helps!
