Hi Jeansy, I would list ALL the skills you gained as an educator in your last job on your resume. Anything that can transfer over such as leadership, organization, etc. Then highlight those skills by providing specific examples of when you performed them. I would look for jobs that will train you such as at Target, Lowes, Home Depot, etc. Those companies will take the time to show you what needs to be done as well as your local grocery stores.
