Workers comp stress claims
Hi I am looking for the rules to filing a workers comp claim in general and what are the chances of winning a claim that is solely filled for stress.

The first step is to ask your therapist or psychiatrist if they are willing to write a letter outlining how the stress you are experiencing from your job is forcing you to seek their services. Next make sure that the stress from your job is affecting other areas of your life, and that you have tried Stress Management techniques, but they are not helping. I have seen many people take a medical leave due to mental stress, but it is very had to prove a causal relationship between your job causing so much stress that you deserve Workers Comp.

Have you tried doing a google search for that? It should bring something up for your state.
