A lot of employers might not be responding to your application because they've already filled the role, or they've decided to interview others. It's definitely frustrating to hear radio silence from employers, but don't take it too personally. Many employers get dozens - even hundreds - of applications, so they may not have time to get back to every single applicant.

Instead of focusing on them, focus your energy on applying for even more jobs. Finding a job is a numbers game - you need to be consistent about applying for jobs every single day. Also, don't be afraid to follow up with employers a few days after you apply for a job. Call or email someone from HR and express your interest in the job. Employers love hearing enthusiasm!

I know the job search can be frustrating, but don't assume you're not hearing back because of your nationality. That assumption could be coming off in your interviews, and employers might pick up on that negativity.
