There are plenty of places hiring for medical billing. Medical collections is certainly an aspect of the billing function. Make sure your resume is up to date and highlights your work experience in the medical field as well as your education. Decide what area you want to concentrate in ( i.e. physician, hospital). Go up to the jobs & companies link on the top right of page and search for medical billing jobs in your area. Another thought may be to go through a temp agency to see if they can help you get your foot in the door.
