What is the most challenging part about working for Walmart?
The customers

Well it was a great place to work at!! Except hope you don't get cancer to get on medical leave to do chemo then the manager did my medical leave didn't put it in the computer and fixed it where I only had one point left to be let go so nope I wouldn't go back only to shop but not to work!! Believe that!!💯

Politics! Make sure not to align yourself with the wrong tl or tc...it could cost you your job. It would be amazing if keeping your job was based on performance but sadly it's not.

Keeping busy and trying to keep from getting caught in a huddle talking supervisors come running lol

It’s dealing with the shady crooked managers they have in there!

One of the most challenging parts of working for Walmart is managing customer interactions. It can be demanding to handle a wide range of customer needs and situations effectively. Remember, handling difficult customers is a common challenge in many customer-facing roles. For me it was the attendance point system, it doesn’t matter if you were never late or that you have preexisting health conditions if you have not worked for 12 months and are able to file with Sedgwick to provide job protection then each time you are late or miss work for ANY reason they do not work with you or change shifts. The schedule is 3 weeks in advance but life happens and not everything can be planned.
