Looking for new opportunities.

Apprenticeship

So I’ve been seeking apprenticeship jobs and seems like every time I apply with employers that offer training they always say well you don’t have much experience in this field. Well I have many experiences in many fields especially one where I know I’m capable of performing duties and tasks given. Last one I attended I followed every bit of instructions and was told that I would hear from them in a couple of days. Now it’s been a week. Is their anyone out there with information that would steer me in the right direction. I’m not gonna throw in the towel just yet or not any time soon. Anything would help. Thank you in advance.

Content Manager at Jobcase

Hi Vince, I am not sure which field of work you are looking to break into, but you could consider a volunteer position to gain experience. Most employers value this just as much as paid work experience.

Follow these few simple steps to find a job opportunity here on Jobcase.

1. Click on Jobs & Companies at the top of the page, or head over [here] (http://www.jobcase.com/jobs/search)

2. Enter the world VOLUNTEER or INTERNSHIP into the search field where it says Job Title, Keywords, or Company.

3. Add in your location by filling in your City and State OR zip code. Then click the magnifying glass to search.

4. Once the list is up, click on “View Job" of any you are interested in and then apply.

Good luck with your job search!
