I was currently working for advance auto parts store I was the delivery driver I had a late day delivery right before I was to clock out and end my shift but no one else in the store would take it so I went to the first place and delivered there parts and I knew a short cut across the holler I live on so I went that way knocked off about 13 miles anyways the GPS said I was driving 57 in a 30 witch I'm not that dumb considered there is always police where I was at including a state police station and supposedly I had committed this at 3:30pm and I was waiting on a customer in the store at 3:40pm register gernale verified the time it was 3:50 when I signed out for the delivery and the first stop was 30 mins away from store that had me puzzled and when I bring it to the manager attention she said o well and the GPS said I was speeding on a road that was 7 miles from where I was even at the GPS needs re calibrated in my book and after my manager told me what she did I contacted the district manager and was explained this situation to him and he called me a f en liar that the GPS was always right even though I have the proof and everything he would not listen to me so my ? Is what can be done about my situation
