Worth it?
Comcast is doing a lot of hiring in my area, so I’m thinking of applying for a job there. They say they’ve improved their customer service, but I just want to check. Is it worth getting a job at Comcast, or will I be dealing with frustrated customers 24/7?

I would love to join the comcast team, how do I go by applying

I'd like to know what you find out. I was wondering the same thing.

Any time you work customer service as a representative of a company that sells goods and services you are going to deal with frustrated, angry and even belligerent customers. And when that company has a monopoly, so to speak, for those goods and services then yes there is a hugh dislike for that company and the customer will take it out on the first person they talk to. Been there done that for a satellite tv company.

Don't know anything about them. Currently I'm with Wow; but I may switch next month.

Hey can you give me a call 3019924166

Hi Clara, Comcast has excellent benefits, career growth opportunities, and as an employee you get free cable, internet, and phone services but 99.99999% of the customers hate Comcast. Harsh but unfortunately true. Yearly rate increases, bundle contracts, and missed appointments are a big concerns. Great job if your a good problem solver.
Clara, I vowed never to go back to comcast, regardless of the package...frankly i''ll pay more for good service. I hate to see people that are willing to help, get subjected to attitudes for reasons beyond their control.
