Hey Diamond, I completely get your frustration - I've been there. Hang tough. Theres a lot of rejection for every candidate when looking for a new job. I don't know what your process has been since September but here's what I suggest to get you to a new job by July.

Use our job search here (it not only has our jobs but it also has all the Indeed, careerbuider, glassdoor, and few million other jobs we crawl the web each night to include -all without the distraction of ads and clutter). Each day apply to 3 jobs. 2 that you think you should get based on your current experience, and 1 that is a bit of a reach but something that sounds fun to you and something which you might get if someone just gives you a chance (we call these 'level' and 'aspirational' jobs). Then - follow up each job you applied to with 1 call the day after ("hi, I am just calling to confirm you received my application for your position of XX"). And if you don't hear from them in a week, call 5 days later to as "hi, I would like to confirm whether I am being considered for the role of XX, and, if so, to see when I might come in to meet with you to discuss it"). Do this starting June 1 and by July 1 you will have applied to 90 jobs! And followed up, and interviewed with a few as well. And all for only about 1 hour/day time invested (not counting interviews you might get!).

Job search is a numbers game. You need to steel yourself for a lot of rejection - thats actually a normal part of process to try to just adjust your mindset that each 'no' answer is getting you closer to 'yes' (if you get 49 no's for every 1 yes, then getting through the no's quicker is a good thing). Keep the attitude up, get through the hard work and you will likely have that new job before Independence day! Good luck - we are all rooting for you, Fred
