When you get a job
Do you unscribe the recruiters when you have the job? Also, does the recruiters keep my resumes/cover letters and not deleted just in case something goes wrong after the job has been given?

No, i always keep them. And yes, some recruiters especially from large companies keep thier applicant's records and that includes resumes but the cover letters..i am not sure about it.

I have never done anything through recruiters before so I am not certain if I should keep them or unsubscribe.
