I decided to work for #Marco'sPizza because...
Needed a job started as a driver making good money driving. Worked my way up to Shift Leader. Then up to General Manager. I have many team members I call family and will continue to be family even though I left the company. I will miss my family but, my son needs me more then Marco's.

It sounds like you really loved working there, Sandra! I'm sorry you had to choose between a workplace you loved and considered to be family and your son.
You must have learned a lot, moving from a delivery driver all the way up to General Manager! Do you have any advice for people who are currently a delivery driver at a pizza place for moving up to that role?
