Okay guys so this is the worst company to work for I started there as an assistant manager part-time and worked for about 4 months then was told that I could not be paid the 10.25 an hour as an assistant manager so if I would demote myself to a cashier which I agreed to do so I did that for about 3 months then finally the full-time assistant management position opened up which I was there front and center waiting for my position back and I took that position I was promised 11.25 an hour as the full-time assistant manager which after that point for about 9 months I kept asking why I'm still only making 9.25 an hour as an assistant manager full-time there was a part-time assistant manager male who had a car and had no kids and never had to close the store but here I was pulling in 39 to 40 hours with one cashier on the busiest nights of the week Friday Saturday and Sunday Closing with one cashier one manager and that's it and I was expected to have a hundred percent recovery and I was also had to walk home at that time but I continue doing it thinking she was going to give me the 11:25 an hour that she promised me. finally I told her she has 3 weeks to get my pay rate to 11:25 or I will be leaving and she then stopped scheduling me and started taking everything out on me like the night before someone else had closed the store and they didn't finish everything and so when I would come in the next day my first half hour of my shift I was getting yelled at so if you're are going to work for Dollar Tree do not work for store 2711 which is the one by Casa Bonita on call facts and Pierce because they do not care how the employees are treated
