Explain No Call No Show to prespective Employeers
When being interviewed by perspective employers and you had a few no call no shows from previous employers, how do you explain those..When they ask "if we call your previous employers , will they say good things about you" or to that extent..The no call no shows were an accident..Basically lack of communication..

Hi Ronald: I think the key here is knowing what prospective employers can legally ask your previous employers. They can't ask about what you were like as an employee; all they can ask is the timeframe you worked at the company and if you're eligible for rehire. Hope this info helps!
