I'm apoled!!!!!
I've been apart of the medical community for 10 years now and I decided since I've worked in a hospital for 8+ years that I'll take my experience somewhere else because I hadn't had a raise in three years(company wide) and I was ready to learn more. Since I took that leap of faith it's been an experience and eye opening, been working for a doctors office and it's small and just what I was looking for. I'm no slacker and I take my job very serious because I'm professional and I treat people like I want to be treated and better than myself. Ok here's why I'm apoled. I was called into my supervisor office and was told someone said I feel asleep while sticking a patient(drawing labs). I couldn't believe what I was hearing and was told I also asked a coworker to help me with a test and the coworker did the test but she didn't want to. I'm the new guy in the office and I'm good at what I do because I go above and beyond to make sure I run my test in a timely manner and the patients leave me satisfied with information either they ask about or I tell them. I reached out to HR to inform them of what I was told by my supervisor, who is a temporary supervisor that's getting grief from the employees from what she told me. If anyone out there can help me with this issue I'd love to hear it. I haven't slept since I was told that. My work ethic is in jeopardy and I'm not sure what is going to come of this.

you have to started writing down dates and times of everything you do it covers you right now until you find something else, when you out shine other employees they get nervous.

Sorry to hear that, my suggestion to you is to have someone trust worthy withib that cimoany witness any action you perform; what's in the dark comes to light. Be strong play smart.

employer must give you documentation of misconduct. You have right of hearing. Retain legal counsel your license may be in jeopardy.

I do not know what to tell you but you should have your regular supervisor to look into the situation since she works with you first hand and she would know you better than a fill in . So with that being said maybe you should have her investigated to see what her issues are. To me you sound like you love your job do not take what she is trying to do fight fire with fire. No one should get away with slander.

How hard would it be to log the patience that you take care of and then the time frame so that if they ever bring this matter to your attention again you can ask when where and what patient what this not cover you

Appalled..

Your appalled! And you have a right to be, talk to HR and keep a cool head. If you have a great repor with patients and always try to go above and beyond, I would get a few of those praises you no doubt receive frequently on paper. Present a solid case to HR and you should be fine.

Pray. The devil is trying to get you. Have strong faith. Even pray for those doing you wrong. This can be hard, but do as the Lord requests. Pray daily and pray to the Lord for guidance. All of this should help. The Lord is always by our side.

This place is full of phuckin assholes that have nothing better to do than play teacher. This isn't English class, idiots.
Are you sure you didn't mean appalled?
