To file a complain or not?

Aloha from the state of Hawaii here,

So I have been working in this company for almost 3 years now, the first 2 and half year I was really working hard, I cover shifts, do overtime, don't come late and I seldom call off when emergency only, until 1 day I decided to be lazy because the management having a favoritsm issue. Just imagine my lazy co workers whom I cover for when they call of, come late and cover for their lazy ass working because I'm a good friend and I dont throw anyone under the bus, they always do get the employee of the month, well "employee of the month" is not the issue here but the fact that the lazy ones are getting recognized but me I felt like I'm no one in my company. Well I make and maintain good relationships with my fellow workers, I don't have problem with them it's just the management. It's kinda insulting knowing that there's this new employee gets employee of the month, but me as a loyal worker to the company I get nothing so yeah I decided to be lazy I show them I'm using cellphone which is prohibited, didn't came into a mandatory meeting, sitting on chair, yeah these are the reasons why I got suspension till further notice and after 1 week they decided to just let me go because of those minor reasons. While these lazy employees arestill there working, they still call off a lot, they come late always they even make lots of mistakes but there they are still there... But in the other hand, they gave me a raise and good satisfactory in my 2 yearly evaluation. Yes they give me satisfying performance evaulation but I never got the employee of the month.... It really doesn't make sense. A lot of people quit because of these management, I just decided to stay hoping that they would change, but instead they power tripped me and hired a bunch of people.

Is this considered harrasment or favoritsm or discrimination? Should I file a complain?

Maybe your behavior caused more alarm bells because it was out of the norm for you. The norm for your coworkers was to not put in as much effort as you, so they're able to get away with it. Your norm is cleaning up after everyone else and doing your own work, so when you stop doing that, it's seen as you slacking off when you're probably doing more than the people who are consistently slacking off. Sorry to hear about that. I don't know if you should complain or not, but maybe in your next job you can set the bar a little lower for yourself.
