I must say I am a bit ticked off, I have worked for cornerstone off and on for around 7 years the first time was good it was about 2years I had a child and stopped working for them then I went back for 4 years but it was under new management left area and came back to area and worked for them for 1 year . I was a home agent the last 2 times, my issue was they have unrealistic expectations, credit card quotas and a shoppers club they want you to sell to other customers, if you do not sell enough or get enough people to get credit cards then they write you up. This is a catalog ordering company not a credit card service not only was i customer service for 4 or more catalogs but you also do refunds shipping problems and they want you to sell on top of that and the pay was not at all sufficient to the job but you take what's out there in this economy. So now I am searching for other employment but I'm fine with that but my issue is stop trying to abuse employees with 15 hundred jobs and not paying them there worth.
