My favorite moments always involved interaction with the customers. Delivering a smile; something ultimately eagerly anticipated! As I would wait for my next delivery, i'd involve myself with the dishes it was busy work usually avoided by others but appreciated by most.

Kerry you sound like me besides i love my job Im a costumer service person. I always been a top performer in costumer service. Why because those costumers that visit your place they are the one that pay your check. Besides my job that is controlled my store Numbers . My second priority is give the best go above and beyond, make them feel welcome. Like if they were home. Always thank and invite them to come back with a big smile.
