  • Team drivers average 5,000+ miles per week — getting the longest routes with the newest trucks. They get top shop and load priority as well as top mileage incentives.

  • Driver trainers specialize in teaching new students to be safe drivers. Topics they cover include, but aren’t limited to, avoiding CSA violations, tractor maintenance, pre and post-trip inspections, resolving conflict on the truck, and more.

  • Transportation supervisors are responsible for overseeing the logistics and operations of the company. They have to schedule driver assignments, manage budgets, document all transportation data, and make sure that vehicles are in proper working order.
