PayPal offers an EASY way to get your stimulus money
Great news! PayPal has made it easier for you to cash your government relief check fast! This will enable more individuals to access their funds (usually within minutes), from the safety of your own home, free of charge. Below are two awesome features that are now available to PayPal customers.
Check Capture
The PayPal cash-a-check feature allows customers to cash checks and have them sent directly to their PayPal Cash Plus Accounts. If you don’t have an account, you can apply for a PayPal Cash Plus account within the app or online. The cash-a-check process is simple and easy to use. You simply take a picture of the check you wish to cash and submit it for review using the PayPal app on a mobile device, rather than visiting a physical check-cashing location.
The approval process usually takes only a few seconds and once the check is approved, customers can have the money transferred to a PayPal Cash Plus account in minutes!
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: For a limited time, the fees associated with all government-issued stimulus checks processed within the PayPal app will be waived.

Checks which aren’t approved will not be processed and funds will not be received through PayPal. For best performance, customers should have the latest version of the PayPal app installed and running the latest operating system on their mobile device.

Direct Deposit
Want a quick and secure way to receive your government stimulus payment? PayPal customers can now elect to receive their payment into a PayPal Cash Plus account using Direct Deposit. To receive your payment through PayPal you must apply for a PayPal Cash Card if you don’t already have one. Once you are signed up, you’re ready to receive payment!
**Here’s how: **
Log into PayPal and sign up for a PayPal Cash Card. You can find this in the “more” section in the app
Click “Get The Card”
Go to “Request Your Card” + click “Agree and Continue”
To view your account number and routing number, go to your account settings. Click “Direct Deposit”’ where you’ll find a PayPal assigned account number, as well as the routing number required for the IRS portal
