What do you need to work at ALDI?

If you get selected for the next stage, a hiring manager will schedule a phone or in-person interview. You'll meet with a store manager or district manager and answer a series of questions. There can be multiple interviews depending on the job type.
Job applicants who pass the interview will receive a conditional offer of employment. Before you can start work, you'll need to complete a few onboarding requirements. For example, there's paperwork to fill out, and you'll need to discuss your preferred start date.

Does ALDI do a background check?
