**Retail Cashier **-- Cashiers process customer transactions at the register and customer service desk, process payments, package purchases, and restock customer returns.
**Retail Sales Associate **-- People with this position assist customers on the sales floor and answer questions about products, set up gift registries, resolve customer issues, and ring up customer purchases.
