1. Certified pharmacy technician

As a pharmacy technician, you are a crucial part of the wellness store team. This rewarding career includes extensive upfront, and ongoing training and opportunities to grow into lead roles! Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the day to day operations of the pharmacy and service provided to customers. Other duties include:

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the department
• Assist in inventory and management processes
• Completing customer transactions
• Engaging with customers/patients

Requirements

Requirements for the certified pharmacy technician role are:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pharmacy technician registration or certification
• Basic keyboard/typing skills
• Pharmacy technician experience or education required

2. Maintenance technician

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the distribution center and its related equipment are functioning properly and efficiently. This is a very dynamic position that allows for a lot of growth and resume-building experience!

Responsibilities

Maintenance technicians are required to perform all assigned duties in a safe manner that abides by corporate policies and state laws. Essential responsibilities include

• Properly use and maintain the tools and equipment used in the work area
• Ensure work and shop areas are organized and clean
• Perform repair assignments and preventative maintenance of -machinery and equipment
• Perform basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work
• Maintain accurate documentation for work orders

Requirements

Requirements for the maintenance technician role are:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year experience in industrial maintenance
• Two years experience in automation production environment

3. Inventory packaging clerk

This role will take place in a fast-paced production environment known as an automated central fill pharmacy. You'll be responsible for basic warehouse operations such as packing, receiving, counting, and shipping. Inventory packaging clerks play a crucial part in the overall success of the Rite Aid team.

Responsibilities

As an inventory packing clerk, you will perform warehouse operations such as packing prescriptions, receiving, cycle count process and shipping. Other duties include:

• Assisting in stocking shelves and inventory control
• Receiving and storing incoming supplies
• Unloading trucks
• Maintains the floor to keep it clean and orderly
• Verifies and completes paperwork

Requirements

Requirements for the inventory packing clerk role are:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimal experience in warehousing preferred
