Contact center agents who work at home are employees of Kelly Services and are eligible for the same benefits as employees who work at traditional customer locations.
What are the basic qualification requirements needed for these jobs?
Work from home qualification requirements include a combination of both personal skills and environmental requirements. Take a look at a short list of the most common employment qualification requirements below.
Personal Skills:
- Some customer service experience is typically required
- PC and Windows® experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Motivation, discipline, and determination
- Ability to create an exceptional customer service experience for callers

What does the KellyConnect hiring process entail?
The KellyConnect work at home hiring process is designed to be both simple and convenient! Most steps are automated and can be completed in the comfort of your own home. Hiring process steps include:
Online pre-qualification questions. The online pre-qualification is a brief questionnaire that asks basic questions to ensure you have the critical skills and appropriate work environment necessary for working at home.
Telephone interview with a Kelly recruiter. A Kelly recruiter will assess your qualifications to make certain you possess the minimum requirements and ensure you will be placed on an assignment that best suits your skills, abilities, and desires.
Complete online testing. The online testing will assess your technical contact center skills to help determine the types of positions for which you are best suited.
Complete online onboarding. From the convenience of your own home, you will access our innovative onboarding application and submit all necessary hiring information.
Complete the necessary I-9 paperwork. You are required to complete your I-9 documents in the presence of a Kelly staff member.
