Top 4 remote companies for stay at home parents

Identifying sound job opportunities for working parents has always been a challenging task. Good paying salaries, work hour flexibility, and a substantial work/life balance allowance remains at the top of workplace requirements working parents require in order to attain financial sustainability and a prominent parenting environment.
Working parents are some of the most valuable employees a company can have. They’re dedicated, efficient in terms of their productivity (they don’t have time to waste), and want the stability of the job to help provide for their family.
The struggle for working parents in today's world
Essential job options in the service, retail, and warehouse industries, for example, are abundant but remain unattractive employment options for parents out of fear of COVID-19 exposure and their lack of providing a livable wage earning potential.
Back to school remote and hybrid learning initiatives are forcing many parents to become educators in addition to being nurturing and supportive parents. There is no doubt that we need to get unemployed parents back to work in order to reinvigorate our economy but we first need to develop more alternative work/life balance solutions in order to accommodate this enormous employment gap.
How remote work is growing
The recent job growth in the work from home industry, particularly within the customer service and technical support areas, are expected to see a tremendous amount of growth next year. More companies are choosing this alternative workplace culture as a means to ensure their ability to continue delivering their products and services despite any current and future environmental changes.
Our best estimate is that 25-30% of the workforce will be working-from-home multiple days a week by the end of 2021.
