ALDI store positions

ALDI Part-time Stocker

  • Support store management by stocking shelves, keeping the store looking its best, and assisting with various store tasks.

  • Part-time stockers are expected to work up to 25 hours per week; must be available to work mornings and weekends.

  • Work front and center at the register, delivering exceptional customer service. and helping the store run smoothly.

  • Part-time cashiers are expected to work up to 25 hours per week; must be available to work nights and weekends.

ALDI Store Associate

ALDI Warehouse Associate

Wages

  • Year 1 - $17.50/hour (average 30-35 hours per week)*

ALDI Warehouse Mechanic

  • Oversees general maintenance and preventive maintenance around the warehouse and office complex.

  • Oversees ammonia refrigeration system, HVAC system, and minor forklift and electric jack repair.

  • Oversees preventative maintenance and site compliance of various regulatory guidelines.

  • Assists with building maintenance on dock doors, dock plates / locks, balers, and other building repairs deemed necessary.

  • Works directly with the Director of Warehousing and Logistics and a Warehouse Supervisor as well as current maintenance staff to create a safe work environment and comply with all governmental agencies.

  • Travel to local ALDI stores to help with projects and equipment repair.

Wages $30.10/hour

ALDI Warehouse Shift Manager

  • Alternates between Shift Manager and Store Associate duties on a rotating basis as established by store management.

  • Ensures store personnel comply with the company’s customer satisfaction guidelines and demonstrate appropriate interactions with customers and co-workers.

  • Assists store management with achieving the store payroll and total loss budget.

  • Supervises the day-to-day operations of their team, escalating issues to the appropriate level of support and/or leadership when necessary.

  • Supervises the daily receiving of product, the storage and/or removal of equipment, and communicates promptly with in-house and outside carriers.

  • Coordinates/organizes delivery of products to maximize trailer usage.

  • Monitors and manages controllable expenses.

  • Supervises the daily inventory controls such as product rotation, slot verifications, auditing, review of negative stock, claim follow-up, and delivery note accuracy.

  • Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results.
