**LPN: ** $1,000 sign on bonus
- 1st shift: $27/hr
- 2nd shift: $28/hr
- 3rd shift: $27.40/hr
- Weekend Pay: $29/hr
Personal Care Assistant:
- 1st shift: $16/hr
- 2nd shift: $17/hr
- 3rd shift: $16.40/hr
- Weekend Pay: $18/hr
