Listen very carefully...

After living "pennies off the dollars" (below poverty rate), I learned to understand, respect and appreciate a six-figure-salary.

SOUR CHIP/TIP: When you decide to increase your earnings your extended family members are the first to convince you, it's just not possible.

If you follow their ambition and ignore your intuition, sadly, you could be shooting arrows in the dark and may miss your target goal in life.

STEP 1. You have to believe in yourself.

STEP 2. Write down your new expected salary rate.

STEP 3. Gauge new salary 3% - 7% higher than norm.

STEP 4. Contact me after Steps 1 thru 3, for next steps.

When you reach the six-figure-salary as I did, you'll understand, respect and appreciate the process too.

Do you reflect on the sacrifice others have made for our country? Do you visit a memorial? Spend time with family and friends?

@Bill Branstetter I deliver fuel now, so I had to work. I actually have to work all holidays if my days off don’t fall on a holiday. I don’t mind since they pay us double. HMD to you.

My step grandfather who was an SFC and fought in WWII, Korean War and the Vietnam War. It was in Vietnam that he met my grandmother and brought her to U.S.A. and where we later immigrated to after the fall of Saigon.

Don't forget this message...!

"Speak those things that are not, as though they were, then allow everything else to fall-in-place."

"My next job is being molded in my favor, and I believe it's just for me."

!Whoaaa...you should read this now!

Many things that happened to us in life, perhaps, 90% wasn't your fault. But unknowingly, we placed the blame on ourselves.

To make things worse, we slap ourselves in the face by placing additional pressures on ourselves like...

  • I didn't graduate from High School.
  • I couldn't afford a two-year college degree.
  • I didn't qualify for a 4 - year scholarship program.
  • My parents weren't big on higher education anyway.
  • I needed a stronger family support system in-place.

All these things being true carries a heavy burden and stress.

Start from where you are with (1 or 2 small ideas) to get you started. Meditate on them daily, then allow everything else to fall-in-place.

Listen carefully...

You don't need a group of cheerleaders showing up at your front door each morning at 6am...jumping, screaming, shouting and trying to build your self confidence level higher..!

You have to know and show, care and dare, to change and challenge your belief system within.

Then, stand-up and say..."Yes, I can do this, because I have greatness within me."

Then, get yourself ready to succeed.

Listen carefully...

Each day only represents a fraction of what takes place on a global scale. Sometimes, it can be small, medium or large, however, it's the Law of Harvest.

You also make a contribution to yourself, family or friends alike and you receive a distribution in return.

Whatever you give, you will receive, in the same manner it was measured out from you.

I expect your portion should be, multiplied by 10x the measurements.

Give something and allow everything else to fall-in-place.

I Believe You Can...!

Many restaurants prefer to be closed on Memorial Day. 🚫 Restaurant sales decrease, 💸 and it is a good opportunity for restaurant workers to take a break and enjoy their time with family and friends. 👩🏽👨🏻‍🦱✨

On the other hand, some restaurants may prefer to keep their doors open on holidays. 🍽️🍷🍸 This is also a great opportunity for workers who want to make extra income on those days. 💵

In my experience, most restaurants don’t get busy. I prefer to enjoy my day off if I’m not going to make decent money. 💸

Every restaurant has its own operations and decision-making system regarding whether to stay open or not.

What is your opinion about that? Would you prefer to work on Memorial Day?

Although with the restaurant business is probably a truism in certain respects regarding on how their performances and profits go on a holiday there are those who will have an "outing" and join with their families etc. to celebrate, commend or give wonderful thanks to their loved ones and so on who have served their country?

Also, those who decide to close their doors to honor that important U.S. day of memory are more than welcome to do so, in the giving of that time off for their employees.
