The pay. Being a Federal Court Security Officer, and contracted with Intercon Security gave me a gross annual salary of $ 87000. However their lack of support administratively was dsimal. For the first year we never knew how much money was taken out for various deductions, neither did we know what the vacation or personal acrual time was. We were essentially treated as unwanted employees. It was a jip joint. Because the company was constantly trying to save money, it was at the workers' expense.
