It's been a bit less than 10 years since interviewing for a job and know I am quite out of date. I guess I have been so comfortable in my current position that it feels awkward to put myself out there again. What are employers looking for today and what kind of experience? I have been in the healthcare field for 14 years and now looking for part time work but their are more job seekers than jobs. Any advice.
