Tell me about a time when you had to learn a new skill for your job. How did you approach it?

I like to watch someone perform the task and ask questions, about what is being done ,then I would have them watch me do that task and give me guidance as I go through it

@Bill Branstetter I’ve been training for the past 6 weeks at my new job hauling fuel. There’s a lot going on to load and unload fuel. I have to remember the loading process for 13 different terminals. 76 terminals are different from Chevron terminals so I put the steps on a word document and I laminated them so I can reference them when I’m on my own. Other than that with repetition, everything should come second nature.
