Learn that the customer is always right and if anything gets out of hand send them to managers. If you’re not a manager or higher personal you should avoid any confrontation and let the manager know the location of the stituation.
How would you handle an irate customer returning merchandise.

Try to dsla the situation the best that I can before I notified a manager
Team player and work hard. Love people; be helpful, informative, respectful , polite . But always ask Manager to handle difficult situations should they arise.
