Good Bye

Depending on how they have the pay periods structured. If you started at the beginning of a pay period that is paid every other week, you would be there for 4 weeks before your first paycheck. They are always a week behind on pay.

I would triple check the information they have is correct. Maybe you could write down your account and routing number a second time and bring them that info so they can send it to the right place. If there is still an issue then document what happened and when in case you have to take further action later. But for now just clear up any simple mistakes or ask for a paper copy with a physical check you can deposit yourself. Good Luck! πŸ’ž

I would go to my bank or print out the bank information about your direct deposit and give it to them. Let them make the needed changes if wrong and ask how long will it take? And give them that allotted time to fix it. If they match then maybe at this point you need to seek a lawyer to see what is your best course of action to get the funds owed to you. It's hard out here! Bills need to get paid and people need to eat not to mention gas. So yes seek legal advice. Blessings!
