Well this is a tough one but what I did was tell remind myself that any problem that comes my way is never without resolve. I have to maintain the image and goals the company I represent is priority so I have to keep the professionalism at all times so i address the situation with my coworker and kept an open mind and not to make them feel like I was attacking or blaming them for anything I just wanted to know what is it about me that upset them and is there’s a way we can get the issue resolved And we ended up being friends outside of work it was a misunderstanding issue

The work done needs to be completed so it’s important to work together with your coworkers to get the job completed as well as possible. I would embrace the differences, and look at the strengths to what is needed to complete the project..

I think love and laughter can solve so much. I struggled with this years ago. For me I needed to work on my own internal growth . Recognize what ego can do and how damaging it can be if pride is at your frontal drive. Once I accepted humility. I could step forward. But one day I put on a fake mustache and knocked on her office door. When she opened it , she cracked up laughing. And that was the start of a much better work relationship.
