I have extensive experience in retail management. My customer experience approach includes cleanliness, proper merchandising, scheduling to meet the needs of customers, HR duties to ensure a collaborative team with high morale, point of sale purchases and positive interaction. This is only to name some. I also have a history of successful training of all employees including those promoted from under my lead. Diversity in the workplace is an added motivator for me. Watching people grow and learn while I do the same is my passion! I can achieve whatever it is that your company is looking for. My mission statement is : work hard at being dedicated, loyal, dependable, flexible, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and so much more in order to fully support the mission of the company I choose to work for. That's me.

Registered nurse for 16 + years. Mostly home health case management. I have also worked in landscape design, agriculture/ranching, electrician, bartender/restaurants earlier in my life. I am currently researching cloud and AI as I am interested in how these tools will be used in the future of healthcare. I am ready to look into other work options honestly.

I worked with children on the autism spectrum for over half my life. Then a kid accidentally injured my back so badly I had to leave the field. I can't lift more than 20 lbs, and I would not be able to restrain if necessary. That could be very dangerous. I have a bachelor's in special ed, but I went back to school to get an A.A.S. in paralegal studies. I am now a nationally certified paralegal. I work as an administrative assistant now, but I will be starting a job in my county's Probate Court in September.

Mine is Customer Service, but I've done a few different jobs under this field. I did computer sales & had a large account base, I'd follow up with them after a purchase & make sure they were all set. I also proactively reminded them on software license renewals as well, that really went a long way with my clients! Also I have been a virtual assistant which is like customer service because you are taking care of your clients, helping them in areas that they need help the most. Half of the time its scheduling & meeting set up, being accurate is 100% of my goal.
