Do deep breaths and some relaxing yoga the morning of. Just because you are nervous does not mean anyone else can necessarily tell. But if you feel like your nerves are apparent, use it to your advantage if you feel like it's something you want to call out by saying something about how excited and badly you want this opportunity, so please excuse your slight nervousness regarding it. Just highlight how much you want this job.

Walk in and be yourself. Treat them like you were talking to an old friend you havent seen in a while. If its too serious of a convo then compliment them about something they are wearing or maybe a picture of their kids. Hitting a soft spot will relax them a little. Just try to find a common ground so uou can get them to lighten up. Remember, they are people too. They put their pants on one leg at a time in the morning. Mostly you shouldnt stress because if it doesnt go well there are other locations, other gyms etc..

I have used Natural Calm for years now when I get nervous or anxious. You can get it pretty much at any grocery retailer or pharmacy store, like CVS and Walgreens. It is a magnesium based supplement. It has really worked wonders for me.

They make stress tablets over the counter nature made. I try them and they work pretty well because I quit drinking 3 years ago and my system is clear the natural stuff works now. Over the counter anyway. So yes might want to try . It's calming effective. Hope it works. Also excercises do help. I done that too. And I use to be one them people like yeah right. Once I got started I couldn't stop. Ha. Actually lost 80 pounds. We can do anything we put our minds to hun. Don't worry, remember that they need you. You can always go somewhere else. God's will. What is best for ya.
