I believe with anxiety and depression you would do well working at a pet rescue or pet store if you like animals. The reason being that you would spend most of your day interacting with the animals and this may actually help with you axiety and relive some of your depression. Hope you find this helpful
Honestly I really enjoy driving and I was doing Uber Eat for a while. I love the zero contact delivery that I don't really need to interact with people but I can still help others (by feeding them) and still get paid.

Perhaps a cleaning job. If you don't mind that type of work. You can work at your pace and don't have to interact with anyone, if you don't want. Ask friends, family, neighbors if they, or someone they know could use a good cleaning person. Then you can build a business for yourself. I hope this was helpful. Good luck!

the more they get out there they keep busy and react with people anxiety and depression will calm down you have help all around you .
I would suggest working with people. I suffer from both mildly and the casual brief interactions help me through bad days. Just to give you an idea I was nearly mute for a while. You would have to judge your own situation.
