It depends on the level. I just received an offer letter from them. Applied, did the assessment, and was offered the job. No interview. 15 dollars an hour, so I turned it down

If you are applying for a job at Walmart and you really want the job, DO NOT ASK OR TALK ABOUT UNION’S Walmart is so against unions. I have a friend that comes from a strong Union family, that she applied for a seasonal job around Christmas time. During her Interview the person conducting the interview started to tell my friend that they’ll be no discussion about Unions. My friend took the job and worked for a couple weeks. A co-worker and my friend just was talking and the word Union came up. Needless to say two days later she was told that she wasn’t going fit in and was laid off.

Hey everyone I am paying $1,000,000.00 per hour. No experience needed. Just apply to my Gmail address and I will show how you can learn how to participate in this scam, er, legit job offer. People, please do not ever respond to any job offer from a throw away email address or Gmail address, they are all a scam.

It's pretty simple. Just be positive and pleasant and interested in working for Walmart. In other words, I helps to bullsh*t your way in thru. Be enthusiastic, but not too much. Definitely do not degrade yourself by kissing *ss. Just kinda, sorta, in a way, but not really, make 'em think you are. You don't want to shame your ancestors. Do it in the way when you first meet a pretty girl and you wanna share her. Yeah, that's it. Good luck, buddy.

For me it was a simple one on one interview with the manager, basic questions. Hired on the spot, went for a urinalysis that day. Got a call back within a couple days saying I passed the drug screen and did an orientation with a group of other new hires where they talked about the company basics, had AP share stories, answered questions, etc.

A few years back I applied with Walmart. They sent me a job offer letter with salary and benefits...a Couple days later they sent me another letter rescinding their offer with no explanation. When I actually called them they said they had the right not to tell me why . So stupid
